		<description>4 Avocados
2 limes
2 packets spicy guacamole mix
1 large container of sour cream

split and pit al avocados, mash them a bit.  
Add one packet guac mix and 1/2 cup sour cream.
Squeeze 0ne lime over mixture
Mash together until semi-smooth
Addd second packet of guac mix
(mixes must be spicy)
Add about another tblsp of sour cream
Squeez one more lime pverr mixture
Continue to mash mixture unil smooth
People love this recipe, it is always gone.   Even better if you can add fresh tomatoes to the mix. Fresh not grocery tomaoes (yuck)</description>

		<description>ITS A GUAC OFF!  I love it Jenny.  Here is my recipe..similar to yours.

smushed avocados
chopped red onion 
chopped tomato 
juice of one lime
little bit of lime zest 
finely chopped jalapenos (preferably fresh)
1-2 cloves garlic chopped/grated finely
finely chopped cilantro 
salt &amp; pep
a couple hits of your fav hot sauce

The key to my guac and all guac I think is to chop everything finely except for the avo and the tomato.  Chunky avocado makes the guacamole the best!  I dont like it super smooth so be sure the leave the chunks :)  Also, be careful with the jalapenos and hot sauce depending on how spicy you like it; remember you can always add more heat but cant take it out.  If you dont like hot foods leave these two hot ingredients out!</description>
